President
Dato’ Lim Hui Boon is the founder and Group President of Ho Wah Genting Group. He has established himself as one of the pioneers in the travel and entertainment sector with more than 40 years of experience. He is a diversified entrepreneur with business expertise in hospitality, entertainment operations and servicing, resorts, transportation services, travel and tours, and many more. In 2023, he was crowned as one of the ASEAN Outstanding Entrepreneur Lifetime Achievement Award and continues to be a powerful influence in the business community.
Jenn Lim
Chief Executive Officer
Jenn Lim, currently holding key positions at HWG CAPITALG Entertainment Limited, Twinstar Capital Sdn Bhd, and Twinstar Leisure Sdn Bhd, in addition to being the founder of VHC Exchange (VHCEX), has played pivotal roles in the global entertainment and financial sectors. His visionary leadership has propelled HWG CAPITALG Entertainment Limited to international acclaim, establishing it as a leading entertainment company. Formerly the CEO of Virtual Currency Philippines Inc., Lim successfully obtained the cryptocurrency exchange license for VHCEx and actively contributed to fostering transparency in the financial market. Amidst the pandemic, he initiated three ventures, including the establishment of HWG CAPITAL Security, and assumed the role of COO at HWG CAPITALIB, demonstrating strategic planning and fostering partnerships for continued success. Lim holds a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology degree from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.
Jack Ong Kooi Tatt

Jack Ong Kooi Tatt (Jack Ong) has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance field and has held various leadership role in listed companies. He holds various directorship roles throughout his tenure, which includes his appointment as the Chairman and CEO as well as his role in the Audit Committee for listed companies.
He also has 4 years of experience working in the banking and financial institution and is a member of the Associate of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Given his exposure, he has strong knowledge and expertise in dealing with the various Exchanges listing (such as IPO and RTO) in Asia as well as in the US. Aside from that, he is also experienced in dealing with the various authority and regulation in Asia. His involvement in numerous merger and acquisition exercise in Bursa Malaysia, US and Hong Kong Exchange is another mark of his competency. To add values to customers, Jack Ong is also well-known for his analytical skills on potential listed companies for investment purposes, whether it is for IPO or listed entities.
